The music and sound effects are well made and match the game well.

The game benefits from a Re-spins feature which is triggered when you get a winning combination. As a result, the number of ways to win increases as positions with scarabs on them are destroyed. Consecutive wins will eventually lead to 3,125 ways to win with no scarabs left! If you manage to clear the whole area, you will invoke ancient incantations and activate both Scarab Collections.

All the winning golden scarabs transform into red or blue scarabs -depending on the color on the winning combinations – and are collected on the right and left side of the game. You will also get a 2x multiplier and 1 extra life. This is used in the Extra Lives feature as you are granted 1 extra life for every 5 red scarabs collected. If you don’t get a winning spin, you will lose a life. The re-spins continue as long as you have lives remaining.

There’s also a Win Multiplier feature which starts at 2x. For each 5 blue scarabs collected the multiplier will increase by 1 to a maximum of 6.

Our Verdict

Although the design is nice and the intro looks promising, the game is not on our short list of most spectacular games. It is definitely worth a try and you can get lucky if you manage to keep the respins going once you are in the bonus mode. This will go hand in hand with an increasing multiplier if you are lucky, which can result in some pretty nice wins.

Overall this medium variance game which is well made and if you are into the Egyptian theme, you can have a nice time playing this slot.
